Job Description:
  • Oversee and control all processes and tasks related to medical education events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Support the medical education team with corporate events, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Responsible for regular inspection of all medical education capital equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Setup, breakdown, maintenance, and disinfection of laboratory equipment and facilities, maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Bio-Medical Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to teach and develop orthopedic training skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Ability to logistically manage a lab environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
