Restaurant Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our food and beverage department as a Supervisor.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards are maintained, while also overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or bar.

This includes greeting guests warmly, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Manage daily operations, including supervising staff and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg.
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
