Expert Senior Systems Engineer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced senior systems engineer to lead our project implementation and maintenance support team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Technical project ownership, low-level design/workshop, project delivery, system deployment, troubleshooting, testing, customer walkthroughs, maintenance support, and documentation.
  • Closely collaborating with our clients' IT department personnel to ensure timely and satisfactory project outcomes for both customers and the company.
  • Effectively managing customer expectations while working with internal and external project team members.
  • Participating in technical pre-sales support to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and administering one or more of the following technologies:
    • Citrix infrastructure.
    • Windows Server and its networking environment.
    • Microsoft Active Directory.
    • VMware infrastructure.
    • Server infrastructure.
    • Storage infrastructure.
    • VSAN/HCI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Relevant technical certifications such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft are preferred.

Desirable skills:

  • System architecture including disaster recovery design experience.
  • Strong knowledge in data centre operations, including managing enterprise data centres.
  • Experience on vSAN and HCI is highly beneficial.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Decisive with the ability to multitask.
  • Overseas travel may be necessary and regional experience with neighboring countries is advantageous.
