Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supplier risk management team, overseeing risk analytics, reporting, technology integration and the supplier onboarding risk management process.

This role involves developing and implementing the overall supplier risk management strategy in collaboration with category teams.

  • Lead the centralized supplier risk management team.
  • Develop and implement supplier risk management strategies.
  • Serve as key point of contact for senior procurement leadership.
  • Establish key performance indicators and standardized reporting metrics.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a centralized supplier risk management team.
  • Developing and implementing supplier risk management strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to supplier risk management.
  • Providing crisis management support during supply chain disruptions or high-risk supplier events.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or risk management.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Expertise in risk analysis, supplier management tools, and procurement technology.
