Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at WPH DIGITAL PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create user-centered designs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
  • Conduct end-to-end user testing, plan, recruit, and report using qualitative and quantitative data to provide high-value insights into customers' needs and pain points.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application design.
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality product UX designs.
  • Experience establishing and analyzing UX metrics.
  • Experience with end-to-end research projects, from defining goals and objectives to sharing insights with the Product team.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Principle, Figma, and Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodology and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Please note that candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be considered for senior positions.
