Healthcare Facilities Engineer Lead

This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams in the development of healthcare facilities. The Principal Engineer will oversee project planning, design, and construction to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate projects to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to develop design proposals.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure overall schedule is met.
  • Review contract packaging and specifications for accuracy.
  • Participate in site coordination, including technical reviews and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare projects highly preferred; knowledge of IT systems, IT integrations, and smart technologies is a plus.
