Job Title: AI Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role demands a unique blend of deep research expertise and hands-on engineering skills to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning algorithms.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments.
  • Utilize cloud platforms for model training and deployment.
  • Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.
  • Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing AI models and deploying them in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
