Job Title: Software Engineer Role for SharePoint Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team in a SharePoint development role.

  • Configuration and management of SharePoint servers, farms, and services including Business Connectivity Services, Nintex workflows and forms, SQL Server database management, IIS, Active Directory, and mail configuration.
  • Development and implementation of custom SharePoint solutions using Nintex forms, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Maintenance and upgrade of existing SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaboration with business users and technical teams to provide support and training on SharePoint site usage and administration.
  • Implementation of data logging and analytics solutions using SharePoint and SQL Server.
  • Creation and maintenance of content databases and logging databases in SQL Server, including compression and storage optimization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant working experience in SharePoint development, administration, and support
  • Proficient in SharePoint Server/Farm configuration and maintenance, Nintex workflows and forms, SQL Server (including content and logging database management), Business Connectivity Services, IIS, Active Directory, and mail configuration
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and user support skills; able to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, Nintex Certification, or related Microsoft technologies preferred
