Interior Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Advisor to join our team in Singapore.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide interior consultation to customers regarding layout design, furniture selection and storage advice.
    • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up calls or emails.
    • Exercise leadership within the store's Household department to drive business growth.
    • Participate in organizing customer events related to Interior Advisor programs.
    • Develop and deliver advanced selling skills and product knowledge training for all household staff.
    • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to plan and set up fabrics, furniture and houseware displays, designing marketing materials for the household department.
    • Work closely with the Japan team on enhancing furniture merchandise assortment, product knowledge, feature information sharing, safety assurance and launch plans.
    • Assist Store In-Charge in resolving customer complaints or enquiries and general operations.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum Diploma in Interior Design or its equivalent.
    • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Hands-on skills of AutoCAD and relevant design tools.
    • Possess a Customer-Oriented Mindset.
    • Attentive and creative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Energetic and enthusiastic professionals open to new challenges.
    • Familiarity with MUJI products, especially household items.
