Job Title: Clinical Lead

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our physiotherapy department, managing a caseload consisting primarily of sports injuries, post-operative care, and musculoskeletal pain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with referring doctors regarding patient progress and outcomes
  • Write detailed medical reports as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development
  • Participate in in-house group training exercises and contribute to the growth and improvement of the team
  • Deliver presentations and talks on topics related to physiotherapy and healthcare
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy setting. They must also hold and maintain full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council. Additionally, they must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Private practice experience is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will also have adjunctive skills in Pilates, Women's Health, Dry Needling, or advanced Manual Therapy.

Benefits

Annual leave of 21 days subject to approval by supervisor. Hours are flexible, with a requirement to cover 42 clinic hours per week. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
