Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Specialist to provide top-notch beauty treatments to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with each treatment.
  • Perform a range of beauty treatments, including shampooing, cutting, styling, and coloring hair, as well as massaging and treating scalps.
  • Apply makeup and perform facials, recommending skincare therapies to clients as needed.
  • Offer manicures and pedicures, nail art, and color recommendations to enhance clients' beauty experiences.
  • Implement permanent and temporary hair removal treatments, such as electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing, while ensuring client comfort and safety.
  • Develop and recommend personalized skincare regimes to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Cross-sell beauty therapies and products to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage appointments, document treatments, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements

  • A certification in cosmetology or a related field.
  • A license in a cosmetology field.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare therapies, hair removal techniques, and beauty products and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Steady and dexterous hands.
