Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Procurement Logistics to lead and execute strategic procurement initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role
  • Lead and develop APAC procurement organization, establishing competence centers and standardized processes aligned with global standards
  • Drive strategic vendor management including master agreements, performance monitoring, and building a comprehensive supplier database
  • Oversee end-to-end Contract Logistics procurement activities including facilities, equipment, and operational consumables
  • Implement procurement tools, reporting systems, and KPI tracking to enhance operational efficiency and transparency
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; procurement certifications (CSCP/CIPS) preferred
  • 10 years plus in facility and procurement with team management experience, preferably in 3PL environment
  • Proven experience in warehouse equipment sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
  • Solid background and relationship with strategic industrial real estate brokerage and landlords across multiple areas in Asia Pacific is a significant advantage
  • Strong track record in procurement compliance and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional APAC language is advantageous
