Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

As a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will provide financial leadership to support long-term growth, performance, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, aligning financial strategy with overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and capital deployment to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, promote standardisation, and generate synergies across multiple business units.
  • Drive capital-raising initiatives and manage relationships with the investment community to support strategic growth and liquidity objectives.
  • Strengthen financial governance, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to support dynamic organisational needs.
  • Ensure disciplined capital allocation, sound financial management, and compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Represent the organisation on financial matters with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, banking partners, and auditors.
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent professional designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO, Deputy CFO, or Divisional Finance Director roles. Proven track record in complex organisations with experience spanning strategic finance, M&A, capital markets, and transformation initiatives.
  • Public Company Expertise: Experience in publicly listed environments, with direct involvement in Nasdaq reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Sector Background: Manufacturing or industrial sectors are strongly preferred.
  • Leadership Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to operate at executive and operational levels. Collaborative leadership style, driving performance and change across diverse teams.
  • Language & Cultural Fluency: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English. Capability to operate effectively in Chinese business environments.
