Job Title: Lead Computer Vision Developer
DescriptionAs a lead computer vision developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for automated computer vision equipment. This role requires expertise in all phases of the software development life cycle, including research, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop advanced image processing and computer vision algorithms for defect detection, classification, and feature extraction in automated inspection systems.
- Design and implement multi-threaded and parallel processing techniques to optimize performance for real-time inspection systems.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including hardware, optics, and application specialists, to ensure seamless system integration and achieve project goals.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and performance analysis of computer vision software and algorithms to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for software modules, algorithms, and processes to support future development and troubleshooting.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in computer science and software development, with a focus on computer vision and machine learning. The following skills are required:
- Minimum degree in engineering discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and C#.
- Extensive knowledge in vision inspection, computer vision, and image processing.
- Familiarity with deep learning (AI) for defect classification is highly advantageous.
