Job Title: Principal Site Operations Specialist

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in line with master and detailed work programs.
  • Coordinate site work activities with various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors, highlighting work-related matters for team discussion and resolution.
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure proper execution and safety.
  • Address engineering/technical issues as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and prepare daily progress reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
