System Application Support Specialist

As a key member of our application support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.


You will be responsible for monitoring compliance to security measures, resolving routine problems that occur within applications, and liaising with vendors and users on issue logs and status. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze application usage reports and propose recommendations to improve application performance. You will also be responsible for documenting the application's technical architecture, issue resolutions, and procedures, and providing 24/7 primary application maintenance support.
