We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Research Fellow at our Energy Efficiency Technology Centre.

In collaboration with NEA, our centre aims to be the leading technology innovation hub to support local industries on energy efficiency initiatives. We aspire to promote and develop energy efficiency capability and new technologies in the local energy ecosystem for industrial sectors.

About the Role:

">

The successful candidate will work closely with faculty and companies on energy assessment projects in industrial systems. They will co-develop and co-deliver training in energy efficiency in industrial systems to adult learners and students. Additionally, they will mentor students in energy assessment projects to enhance their technical problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on energy efficiency in industrial systems.">
  • Mentor students in energy assessment projects.">
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.">
  • Support research and industrial project work undertaken by the university.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have deep hands-on experience in energy assessments and energy efficiency projects in various industrial systems. You must also possess strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 5 to 10 years of project work experience in energy efficiency.">
  • Certification as an Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor or Singapore Certified Energy Manager.">
  • A Degree in Engineering or equivalent.">
  • Licensed LEW (Grade 8 or higher).">
