Job Description:

Lead a team to orchestrate the migration of infrastructure across multiple technology platforms for global banking operations.

Spearhead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning 19 countries while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery of large-scale data center migration from planning through post-migration stabilization, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Orchestrate dual vendor tracks, manage C-level presentations, and coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure architects and engineering teams.
  • Drive project approvals through investment committees, lead steering committees, and ensure adherence to banking regulatory frameworks and audit requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and implement change governance processes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Report progress to senior stakeholders, manage scope changes, and optimize resource allocation and timeline delivery across the enterprise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years project management in banking/financial services with 5+ years managing large-scale data center migrations.

Deep knowledge of virtualization, hypervisor environments, and data center infrastructure with proven migration delivery experience.

Strong understanding of banking regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and financial services operational frameworks.

Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation abilities with experience engaging C-level executives and leading cross-functional teams.
