Job Summary

This is a key role that will support the Investor Relations department in managing communication between Mapletree's corporate management and the investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, website contents, and speeches.
  • Develop and produce the Annual Report, corporate marketing materials, collaterals, and marketing events.
  • Conduct research and analysis of REITs and real estate industries.
  • Plan and execute investor and analyst events such as AGMs, investor roadshows, and conferences.
  • Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of key events such as AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results.
  • Prepare communication and regulatory reporting materials.
  • Responsible for conducting daily news scan and producing the daily market update for management.
  • Maintain and upload announcements on the company website.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate social responsibility events for Mapletree.
  • Compile quarterly metrics for sustainability reporting and analyze trends and variances for reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business, or Real Estate.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to produce materials in both languages in support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking investors.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of finance/accounting will be advantageous.
  • Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to take the CMFAS license.
