Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role in crew management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Crew Operator to join our team.

This is a dynamic and international position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Crew Operator, you will be responsible for managing crewing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the crewing team to plan and execute crew rotations, manage crew documentation, and resolve any issues that may arise. This is a key role within the organization, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of this responsibility and deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the maritime industry, including knowledge of international regulations and procedures. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage crewing operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Plan and execute crew rotations to meet operational requirements.
  • Manage crew documentation, including personnel files and certification records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during crew rotations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who has a strong understanding of the maritime industry. The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in crew management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of international regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
