We are seeking a highly skilled executive to oversee the management and support of cloud platforms and system operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure management, and DevOps practices.

  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure architecture, resource planning, and system performance strategies
  • Apply technical expertise in cloud services, including cloud computing, infrastructure management, and DevOps principles
  • Maintain oversight of systems operations and governance processes to ensure continuity
  • Support application systems through collaboration with application services teams
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring coordination between internal teams and external vendors, meeting project timelines and quality standards
  • Manage vendor performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with obligations and maintaining working relationships

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on this challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our IT environment, while also driving innovation and improvement through cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Microsoft Azure)
  • Cloud technology platform certifications (AWS or Azure) preferred
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, infrastructure, and DevOps practices
  • Good vendor management and project coordination skills
