Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Center Sales Strategist to lead our expansion plans in the Singapore market. With a strong background in sales and people management, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies to penetrate the data center market in Singapore.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join PrimeStaff Management Services Pte Ltd as a Data Center Sales Strategist and contribute to our company's growth in the Singapore market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales initiatives to meet targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate the Singapore data center market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY LOCAL CLIENTELE INCLUDING TELECOM OPERATORS, IT SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CUSTOMERS.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and delivery capabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the data center sector.
  • Experience in Southeast Asia sales, with familiarity with industry-specific terminology in the power sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, showcasing expertise with data center hardware, including power solutions, cooling solutions, rack and enclosure solutions, and monitoring and edge solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to drive and complete sales tasks independently.
  • Strong network and established relationships with clients in data centers, colocation service providers, and telecom operators.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, with the ability to conduct business communications with international clients.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and strategic partnerships, we would love to hear from you.
