Job Title: Healthcare Professional (Cardiac Care)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our cardiac care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
Review patient history, medications, and allergies, and perform physical assessments to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with cardiologists and other medical staff to assist with both diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
Administer prescribed medications, including conscious sedation, to maintain patient comfort and stability throughout the procedure.
Continuously monitor patient vital signs, ECG, and sedation levels to detect any immediate complications and take prompt action to prevent adverse outcomes.
Provide personalized care during the recovery period, monitoring for signs of infection and educating patients on wound care, medication management, and lifestyle changes before discharge.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
A Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Post-Basic Specialty Certificate/Advanced Diploma in Nursing or equivalent certification.
Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurse.
At least 3 years of clinical experience in a related field.
A compassionate and patient-centred approach, prioritizing empathy and understanding in every interaction.
