At ALL ABOUT PEOPLE, we're seeking a skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee our on-premises IT infrastructure. This includes domain controllers, Office 365, virtualization, storage & backup, and cloud support.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Domain Controllers, Office 365, VMware, NetApp storage, Veeam backup, and experience with Linux environments. Proficiency in project management, documentation, and reporting is also essential.
About the Role- We are representing our client, a surgical optics company headquartered in Singapore, to identify suitable candidates for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Oversee and manage the organisation's on-premises IT infrastructure.
- Manage server roles and features such as AD, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments.
- Storage and backup management.
- Assure cloud management.
- Project management and documentation & reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Professional certifications like VCP, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified (e.g., Windows Server Administration, Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in Domain Controller, Office 365, VMware, NetApp storage, Veeam backup.
- Experience in Linux environment is a plus.
- Ability to express thoughts and complex IT solutions clearly and simply.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
