Service Technician Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and repairing complex mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of refrigerant systems and mechanical engineering principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on Polycold Chillers
  • Ensuring quality standards are met through adherence to established procedures and protocols
  • Installing, testing, and commissioning repaired units
  • Preparing detailed reports and appraisals
  • Responding to customer requests promptly and accurately troubleshooting issues
  • Working in clean-room facilities, customer plant-site, and workshop environments
  • Communicating effectively with customers to manage expectations

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related or similar servicing industry
  • Ability to work standby duties and overtime as needed

Applicants should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential. Additionally, candidates should be willing to learn new skills and methodologies.
