Job Title: Solution Developer - Microsoft Power Platform

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Solution Developer to join our team. As a Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps). You will also create and manage Power Automate flows for workflow automation and integrate applications with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
  • Create and manage Power Automate flows for workflow automation
  • Integrate applications with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems
  • Utilize AI tools like Co-pilot and AI Builder to enhance development efficiency, reduce errors, and improve debugging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ensure application security and compliance with development standards and best practices
  • Participate in application and systems testing using established testing methodologies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps and 3 years of experience as a software developer
  • Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile development practices
  • Proficiency in designing low-code/no-code solutions
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure (preferred) or AWS
  • Familiarity with connectors, APIs, and security best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem
