Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for technical and quality departments to ensure efficient process execution.
  2. Manage internal and external non-conformance issues, provide resolution plans, and implement long-term containment strategies within 45 days.
  3. Liaise with headquarters and suppliers on quality-related matters upon customer request.
  4. Participate in salvage stock management, notify inventory reviews, and activate salvage plans as required.
  5. Plan and execute material inspection checks on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials where necessary.
  6. Maintain product shelf-life management by coordinating with the factory to extend shelf life.
  7. Oversee new product management by executing monitoring plans and reporting to the technical in-charge.
  8. Ensure upkeep of customer baseline specifications.
  9. Generate monthly quality reports and present them to management.
  10. Produce monthly QA/QC stocks clearance and outstanding credit memo reports for the account department.
  11. Compile quarterly inherent reports for submission to headquarters.
  12. Prepare NC accrual reports.
