FX Trader Opportunity

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a seasoned FX Trader to spearhead our house positions.

The successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of the foreign exchange market and its intricacies, particularly with respect to USDCNH. They will also demonstrate expertise in derivatives-OTC FX and exchange-traded derivatives, as well as proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate seamless communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage house FX positions based on an exhaustive comprehension of multiple business domains.
  • Ensure trading positions and strategies remain within agreed risk and credit parameters.
  • Identify potential factors that may cause risk and credit parameters to be breached.
  • Maintain a consistent track record of trade objectives and strive for positive profit/loss.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in FX and derivatives trading.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
