Financial Administrator for Trust and Compliance

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in the role of Trust Officer.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional with excellent financial administration skills to manage trust structures, companies, foundations, and other similar entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and compliance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as part of our team in managing complex financial structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing trust structures, including drafting documents, maintaining records, and liaising with clients, advisors, and third parties;
- Assisting with the preparation of annual accounts for these structures;
- E nsuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
- Providing administrative support to the accounts team, as required;
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or law;
- Significant experience in financial administration, preferably in a trust or compliance environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
In return for your expertise and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of $4500 to $5500 per month, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
