Key Responsibilities- Contract Management
- Manage, review, and negotiate contracts for the APAC business teams.
- Draft, review, and provide advice on sales, operational, logistics, and shipping contracts.
- Legal Advice and Support
- Provide legal advice and support to business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Assess legal implications and potential risks, and help identify and manage both short-term and long-term risks to the business.
- Compliance
- Draft and review internal policies to mitigate risks.
- Monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
- Conduct due diligence and KYC checks.
- Training and Development
- Develop and conduct effective legal and compliance training to business units.
- 6-8 years of PQE (At least 2 years' PQE working experience in a mid to large law firm).
- English and Thai language skills at a professional level and Japanese language skill at a working proficiency level.
