Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at SG TILING N PLUMBING LLP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • To assist the operations team in daily activities, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Conditions:

This role is based in a fast-paced office environment, with a 5.5-day workweek and flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
