As a key member of our Portfolio Management team in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in actively managing the lending portfolio in Asia Pacific and optimizing returns through strong analytics and capital velocity.

About the Position

This mid-level lending professional role within the front office requires close collaboration with sector-based origination & structuring and corporate and specialized lending transaction management colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • The specific responsibilities include:
  • Actively managing all facets of individual files booked in your dedicated portfolio, including credit reviews, processing amendment and waiver requests, reviewing annual risk rating updates, and diligent credit monitoring through review of financial covenants and operating performance.
  • Identification and resolution of Early Warning Signals for deterioration in credit quality and involvement with capital velocity initiatives associated with underlying loans.
  • You will also monitor and identify market developments and proactively manage their potential impact on your portfolio by preparing reports as requested by regulators or internal stakeholders, maintaining various department and industry/sector databases/trackers, and responding to ad hoc internal requests on portfolio composition and exposure.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree major in business/economics, law or relevant business discipline. A CFA and/or MBA is a plus. You should also have 8+ years of relevant lending execution and/or credit analysis experience in the banking industry, with prior exposure to specialized lending and/or real asset sub-sectors being a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
