Job Role:

Property Custodian

Serve as a key liaison between our organization and external contractors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating maintenance activities, including scheduling, inspecting common property areas, certifying job completion, and recommending payment to contractors.
  • Performing regular inspections to guarantee common property is in satisfactory condition and properly maintained.
  • Overseeing repair and routine maintenance works to ensure they are carried out efficiently and completed satisfactorily.
  • Analyzing reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance facilities management and estate management processes.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks and responsibilities while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
