Our organization is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to conduct assessments and implement therapy plans for patients across various settings.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop patient-centered therapy plans based on assessed needs and goals, as well as provide interventions to improve patients' independence in daily living activities.

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans to improve their functional abilities.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based environments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to promote recovery and self-care at home.
  • Document all therapy sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans according to established clinical guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant professional licensing authority.
