About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Patient Care Consultant (Aesthetics) to join our team. - Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist in pre-treatment services, including basic cleansing facials and pain-numbing procedures.

- Participate in hands-on training for specific procedures and treatments.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable clinic environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing superior customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the medical aesthetics field.
- Previous experience in beauty therapy or nursing assistance is a plus but not required.
