Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marine Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales service revenue by promoting and selling our after-sales services related to spares for Fire, HVAC, Refrigeration, and Chillers within our segment.

This includes commercial marine jobs. We seek passionate, enthusiastic individuals with tenacity to identify and execute opportunities.

You will be supported by enterprise tools, data, customer insights, and value selling concepts to achieve growth. You will ensure effective use of company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes.

Using market intelligence and industry networking tools, you will combine field activities with client conversations to capture opportunities. Our CRM tool is used to manage client interactions and track progress.

How You Will Do It:

Own the sales process end-to-end, from quoting to closing, by checking company platforms and reaching out to vendors.

Understand customer requirements and commercial aspects thoroughly.

Prepare and submit quotations to clients.

Follow up with vendors for quotations.

Check and correct discrepancies in material codes/descriptions.

Maintain documentation throughout the sales process.

Support the FLS team with L&M jobs.

Travel for site visits to ships to meet clients and develop solutions, often with limited information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in marine or offshore markets.

Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration Systems and handling HVAC/AC projects is highly desirable.

Proven success in field sales, closing deals, and pipeline management for parts/spares support.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build strong customer relationships and understand their needs.

Quick adaptability to new technologies and sales techniques.
