Piling and Foundation Works Contract Manager

We are a leading organization in the field of piling and foundation works, seeking a seasoned professional to lead our tender strategy and drive growth across various sectors. This role requires an individual with strong business development focus, pre-contract expertise, and strategic client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective tender strategies to win high-value projects.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy.
- Bid Preparation: Lead the preparation of technically robust and commercially competitive bids.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with estimators, QSs, design engineers, and project teams to develop compelling tender packages.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related construction discipline, minimum 8–10 years of experience in tendering for piling/foundation works, and demonstrated experience in business development, client engagement, and pre-contract strategy. Strong technical knowledge of bored piling, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and other geotechnical systems is essential. Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required. The successful candidate will be proficient in tender software, technical document preparation, and commercial evaluation.
