Engineering Administration Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Administration Clerk to join our team at Synergex Engineering Pte. Ltd. As an Engineering Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in preparing and issuing Sales Quotations, Delivery Orders, and Invoices to Clients upon Job Progress/Completion. You will also be responsible for understanding Engineering Project Drawings and Purchasing Processes. Additionally, you will prepare Monthly Aging Reports, track Project Costing and Cashflow Transactions, and possess knowledge of Accounting Systems - AutoCount is advantageous but not necessary, as training will be provided. A minimum of GCE N/O Level and Diploma in a Relevant Field are required. Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are welcome. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a meticulous approach to tasks, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
