Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, and support the annual planning process
  • Consolidate operating expenses and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Conduct product costing and evaluate business cases for new initiatives
  • Perform variance analysis and support month-end closing activities

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA)
  • Minimum 2 years' FP&A experience is valued. Candidates with audit or accounting backgrounds and relevant analytical exposure will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to interpret data and deliver meaningful insights
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ANAPLAN is advantageous
