Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervise civil maintenance works, including daily and periodic cleaning services, grass cutting, waste disposal, pest control, waterproofing works, and structural inspection.
  • Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for the use of technologies and operations procedures to ensure operation sustainability.
  • Review and prepare technical specifications for tender, contractual terms, and requirement specifications for the procurement of contracts for goods and services.
  • Manage maintenance contractors to ensure all maintenance services are performed to the highest performance standards.
Requirements:
  • Training in Civil Engineering, Project, and Facilities Management, Building or equivalent.
  • Experience in civil maintenance works, project management, and facilities management.
  • Good knowledge of BIM concepts and management processes, including BIM project implementation for existing and new initiatives.
  • Ability to respond onsite at any time and support night works and/or duties.
  • Good team player who can work with officers of all levels.
  • Possess good communication and writing skills, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and an aptitude for details.
What We Offer:

Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience.
