Job Title: Sr. Engineer, Technical Audit & MAM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Engineer, Technical Audit & MAM to lead technical initiatives and ensure the success of our HBM programs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical improvement projects using 8D methodology and problem-solving processes.
- Coordinate activities across different SMEs to support project execution.
- Allocate resources efficiently across projects and monitor resource utilization.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Audit Management Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the HIG Lab and ensure the effectiveness of lab activities.
- Develop and maintain process artifacts.
- Lead or facilitate business process reviews to ensure planned performance.

MAM/MES Implementation:
- Establish a workflow system for HIG Lab qualification activities.
- Serve as the business owner for QA processes in HBM enablement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in engineering, quality management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IATF, ISO 9001, and other industrial standards.
