Job Description

As a specialist in educational enrichment, you will design and deliver unique learning experiences that foster the Champion Mindset in our students. You will work closely with the centre team to ensure seamless delivery of our proprietary 3-Minds Approach and Optimal Flow Method.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program plans in accordance with centre policies and guidelines;
  • Guide primary school children in completing daily homework and monitor their progress;
  • Maintain accurate records of children's educational and developmental needs;
  • Prepare and maintain teaching resources, classroom arrangement, and appearance;
  • Build relationships with children and parents through regular communication and engagement;
  • Conduct enrichment programs that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field;
  • Relevant teaching experience, preferably in primary education;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
