About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our APAC Commercial team, bringing strategic sales expertise and customer-centric approach to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and finance teams.
  • Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients, leveraging Worldpay's capabilities and expertise.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional merchant engagement and customer experience.
  • Proactively manage pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate updates in salesforce.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Travel as required to support business needs.


Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of sales and account management experience, interacting and partnering with senior management.
  • Proficient in English and a secondary language, with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in payments, fintech, or financial services, with a strong understanding of e-commerce, payments, technology, and change landscapes.
