Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • You will prioritize physical receiving functions to efficiently process materials from suppliers, evaluating product handling for quality assurance and conducting timely and accurate inventory transactions to maintain stock records.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential.

  • You will receive and unload goods, inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, maintaining inventory records, and labeling goods for easy identification.
  • You will manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and organizing and replenishing stock as needed to meet demand.
  • You will pick items according to order lists with precision, pack goods securely for shipping, and ensure proper labeling and documentation for tracking purposes.
  • You will prepare shipments and coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch, load and unload delivery vehicles safely, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, familiarize yourself with safety procedures to prevent accidents, and assist in equipment maintenance if required.
  • You will communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules, address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues related to warehouse operations, and coordinate special packing or handling requests with customers.
