We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Work Associate to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As a key member of our Medical Social Work team, you will be responsible for providing support to our MSW team in direct patient work, administrative tasks, and general duties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage routine cases assigned by MSWs independently
- Provide training for new social work and administrative assistants
- Conduct financial assessments on eligibility for various financial schemes
- Conduct field visits and facilitate discharges by accompanying patients home or to social service organizations
- Able to independently take on inpatient and outpatient casework, doing follow-up work for discharged patients and networking with community services to facilitate seamless care
- Diploma in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in medical social work, healthcare, and social services
