Form Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Form Teacher in our educational institution.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in counselling or psychology, or equivalent experience with relevant working history. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with parents from China.

  • Coordinate attendance and disciplinary cases with student services, discipline master, academic department, and hostel staff to ensure seamless integration and effective management.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to students dealing with various issues, including course transfers, grievances, and feedback through one-on-one counselling sessions.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings with parents to keep them updated on their child's status in school and hostel, fostering open communication and transparency.
  • Generate comprehensive reports, conduct reviews and analysis, and develop recommendations to inform proposed evaluations and improvements.
  • Assist the Form Teacher department with documentation, reporting, and other duties assigned by the supervisor to maintain operational efficiency.
