Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating expertise in energy management.
- A strong understanding of energy regulations and conservation practices, enabling effective decision-making.
- Experience working with energy monitoring systems and data analysis software, showcasing technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with carbon management and renewable energy technologies is highly valued.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification, confirming professional competence.
- Knowledge of ISO 50001 or similar energy management standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Experience in the Power Plant Industry is an asset, but not required.
