Benefits Program Manager

This role is responsible for managing Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave benefit programs within the APJ regions. The Benefits Program Manager will work with external brokers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities- Manage benefits and wellbeing programs in the APJ region.
- Collaborate with external brokers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and seamless execution of benefit-related tasks.
- Ensure market competitiveness by analyzing market data, benchmarking surveys, and peer companies' benefit offerings.
- Manage benefit enhancements, implement new benefits, and support the integration of global benefit programs locally.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization in collaboration with the GP care team.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high service levels and monitoring performance.
- Support pension governance processes where needed.
- Own escalated benefits issues, partnering with vendors and the Global People team to resolve problems effectively.
- 3+ years' experience managing Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave Benefit programs in APJ.
- Self-motivated, agile, and able to work at speed while not compromising on quality of work.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Payroll, GP Care, Sourcing FP&A, and Legal to deliver comprehensive and compliant benefit programs.
- Familiarity with tracking and supporting budget planning processes for benefit programs, experienced in analyzing reports on benefit usage, costs, and financial projections.
- Experienced in supporting the monitoring of vendor service levels, including pension governance and vendor onboarding.
- Leave Program Management: Experience in handling long-term leave cases, including medical or disability leave, working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of implementing and maintaining leave policies and ensuring alignment with company guidelines and local laws.
- Ability to respond to employee queries effectively.
- Experience with Benefit Platforms (Darwin) and Workday preferable. ServiceNow Now Platform experience an advantage.
- Experience with Works Councils/CBA's preferable.
- An estimated salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
