Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Coordinator to support our team in behavioural sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methods, data analysis, and academic writing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects, conducting literature reviews, and assisting with data collection and analysis. They will also contribute to the development of grant proposals and support the publication of research findings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research projects, including literature reviews and data collection
  • Conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative research
  • Support research projects, including securing ethics approval and contributing to academic publications
  • Work closely with collaborators to advance research objectives
  • Daily operational and administrative duties related to research projects
  • Organise project meetings and support the development of grant proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in behavioural sciences, public health, communication, or psychology
  • Strong knowledge of research methods and tools
  • Experience with academic publications and grant writing
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders
