Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced instructor to lead martial arts classes and guide junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach high-quality martial arts classes to students of all ages with a focus on safety and effective instruction.
  • Lead groups of students, demonstrating leadership and communication skills.
  • Guide and mentor junior instructors to develop necessary skills and confidence.
  • Create engaging learning curricula for classes, ensuring student motivation and challenge.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a black belt in martial arts, preferably from a recognized federation.
  • Coaching certification and relevant experience are highly desirable.
  • Able to work a 6-day week, including weekday evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
